772613b30d First pass at updating documentation for v20 
- removed all images that don't apply for v20
- removed several extra files that aren't necessary (in the docs/pdf/ and docs/python/ directories)
- renamed some images that were preserved that had random character names, to something descriptive

- Add HREF/HiResW model
- Update National Blended model entries, including adding standard deviations
- Update RTOFS entry
- Update SPCGuide gridded products to include Fire Weather and Dry Thunderstorm grids
- Update level3 radar product entry
