Wx is a parameter for which we would like more temporal resolution. The length of the Wx grids can often be meaningful in representing the duration of the weather event. The special $B!H(B[0]$B!I(B temporal resolution entry tells the system to produce the analysis (in this case, $B!H(BrankedWx$B!I(B keys) for EACH grid within the component time range.
