Max Schenkelberg 751b8f2315 Issue Implemented support for colormapping in different units than the data comes in as. Other changes include NPE fix in RecordTileSetRenderable, glsl cleanup to use structs for code sharing, a topo display fix, and moved viirs colormaps to common 
Amend: Fixed precision issue with float comparison, made factory better synchronized.
