David Gillingham 0b6b0e06cc Issue #2262: Port hgt2pres, ztopsa, ptozsa, calcrh from meteolib into 
Java. Convert to use of these new methods where possible. Create unit tests.

Notes on running tests:

1.  The order on the classpath of Hamcrest, Mockito, and JUnit is very  important to getting
     the tests to run correctly.  There are different versions of Hamcrest classes in each.
