Max Schenkelberg 3d478f934f Issue #1170 Changed WorldWrapCorrector to take into account interior rings in polygons and world wrap correct them as well.

localization Issue #28 Cleaned up True Color code and removed old MultiChannel code. Adding capping index back to indexing.glsl and added no data value to ColorMapParameters that should be used for finding no data values in shader and in java.
