- remove banner about EDEX server outage from all pages (home, edex install, cave install, common problems, and educational resources)
- add latest blog post to ed resources page
- update common problems instruction for the high res DPI for windows machine, the executable is now called no_env.exe instead of CAVE.exe
- add new subsection for each OS, about how to upgrade CAVE if already installed
- add new subsection at the end for each OS about how to completely remove CAVE
- add new subsection for windows system-wide installer for the access form
Update Common Problems page to use "macOS" section title, to be consistent with our Install CAVE page
- update the common problems page with the section about data not loading because of python...changed the solution instructions now that we bundle python with cave
- update the d2d-perspective page so it has a subsection on how to remove an individual resource using the resource menu
- add an image for single resource unloading
- removed all images that don't apply for v20
- removed several extra files that aren't necessary (in the docs/pdf/ and docs/python/ directories)
- renamed some images that were preserved that had random character names, to something descriptive
