- Amend: wes2bridge compatibility updates
- Amend: running deploy.xml in the yajsw project will now deploy it to both its EDEX and QPID destination

- No longer continuously suspend/resume transactions caused by invoking static methods
- Mark registry top-level query/store classes as requiring existing transactions
- Invoke registry initialized listeners in their own transaction

- relocated certain localization files based on the plugins that used them; when more than one plugin used the localization it was
moved to the plugin that was a dependency of the other plugin that used it
