Issue #1638 Removed AbstractRequestableResourceData constraints in AutoUpdater. Made DataUpdateTree auto remove resources when disposed to avoid leaks (functionality was in ResourceCatalog). Added method for converting object mapping into request constraints (dataURI map).

Issue #1735 ForecastPointDataRetrieve now uses DbQueryRequest to obtain forecast times in asscending order and option to limit times returned.

Issue #1638 Adding pointdata as common base plugin, adding edex pointdata to edex base plugin. Removed edex pointdata dependency on uengine. Removed unused class RequestJob. Cleaned up manifest dependencies in CAVE.

Issue #1500 Sped up warngen text creation by calculating hatched polygon and area in Job when polygon or area changes, initializing velocity for template running when warngen starts, only requesting full warning records when they are requested for use from CurrentWarnings, and only requesting partial ActivateTableRecords for determining active watch info.

Issue #1499 Fixed various bugs with Warngen that caused slow initial loading as well as slow interactions. Loaded maps asynchronous and group geometries from table in GeometryCollection instead of unioning into invalid MultiPolygon.
