Issue #1835 - updates to the ldm rpm specification

- su "-lc" will now be used when executing the commands to build ldm
- the ldm rpm will now create its own /usr/local/ldm link
- Amend: removed registry.xml, ldmadmin-pl.conf, *.tbl from the source tar
- Amend: create .bash_profile during installation
- Amend: archive any existing ldm directories before creating the link
